摘要
有关鱼类脑垂体的研究开始于二十世纪二、三十年代。八十多年来 ,从组织学、组织化学、超微结构和免疫细胞化学水平对鱼类脑垂体结构进行了系统的研究 ,基本弄清了其细胞组成和各类细胞的功能。有关鱼类脑垂体起源和发育的研究表明 :鱼类脑垂体的起源为双起源 ,不同鱼类脑垂体结构分化较为一致 。
