黄河流域水量调度方案的编制是黄河流域水资源管理工作中的一个重要环节,本文在现有黄河水量调度工作的基础上,对黄河流域水量调度方案的三种编制方法进行了研究,分别是现行法、自适应法和适度优化法;说明了每一种编制方法的水量调度原则、基本原理和编制流程;并对其应用情况作了简要说明.

The establishment of a sound water resources regulation scheme is a very important step for water resources management in the Yellow River basin. This paper studied various methods for the establishment of water resources regulation schemes. The rules, theory, procedures, and applications of the three most commonly used methods, including the currently used method, the automatically adapted method, and the moderately optimized method, are discussed.
