摘要
用室温固相法制备了形状为纤维状,直径约为1~10nm,长度约为30~200nm的超细氢氧化铝,并运用粒度分析仪、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪对超细粉末进行了分析和表征.此方法具有操作方便,合成工艺简单,污染少等特点.
In this paper, the ultrafine powder of Al(OH)3 is prepared with sodium hydroxide and aluminum nitrate by solidstate reaction at room temperature,which is in the form fibre of about 1~10 nm in diameter, and about 30~200 nm in length. The products have been characterized by Coulter NupLlus Particles Analyses, XRD, and TEM. This method has no pollution,and can be easily operated.
