Innovative Quality Education in Ethnic Colleges and Universities

为培养少数民族创新人才的要求，民族高校必须大力发展创新素质教育。要以教育思想和观念的创新为突破口，把传授知识、培养能力和提高学生的综合素质结合起来，改革教学内容和方法，培养和吸纳创新型教师，构建民族高校创新教育体系。

Ethnic colleges and universities must develop innovative quality education so as to cultivate innovative minority talents. They should take education thought and idea as an innovative breakthrough, combine the spread of knowledge, the cultivation of talents with the improvement of students' comprehensive quality, reform teaching content and methods, train and accept innovative teachers, and establish innovative education system.
