摘要
多数中等、高等学校人员结构比例失衡,专任教师少,行政人员偏多。充分利用富足的行政人员担任班主任,既能提高行政人员的素质,调动其工作的积极性,又能减轻一线教师的工作负担,提高教学质量,促进学校的发展。
In this essay, the author expounds a new approach of innovation in class management in schools. The advantages of administrative staff as the teacher in charge of a class lie in that: it cari make the most of the surplus administrative staff and improve their qualities as well as bring their activities for work into full play; it also can lessen the teaching staffs burden with the aim of improving their quality of teaching and enhancing the development of the school.
