摘要
韦纳动机和情绪的归因理论将归因与动机结合起来,把归因研究的重点从对归因前提、条件的研究转移到归因过程和归因后所产生的情感和期望对后继行为的作用与影响的研究,成功地对人类行为的动因作出了认知解释。其理论来源于海德的归因理论与阿特金森的成就理论。三个假设、十二条指导原则以及相应的理论模式构就了韦纳理论体系。韦纳理论蕴藏的丰富教育思想对我们当前的教育教学有着积极的指导意义。
Weiner's attributional theory of motivation and emotion combines the concept of attribution with the study of motivatian,and places emphasis on the study on attributional process and how emotions and expectations after attribution affects person's successive behavior.It is successful to explain human's behavior in cognition. His theory stems from Heider's attribution theories and achievementa theores of Atkins. Three pieces of hypothesis, twelve guiding principles and corresponding model of theory construct the system of Weiner's theory. The rich educational implication that Weiner's theory contains is positive and meaningful to the present education and teaching.
