摘要
知识经济时代给每个职工带来了新的挑战和机遇,在这个转型时期,提高企业职工自身素质,成了当务之急。尤其是新知识的应用、新技术的开发,对我们企业的全体职工提出了更高的要求,这就更迫切需要加强职工的素质教育。在这个过程中,企业要把职工素质教育纳入发展战略计划,要把提高科技素质与思想素质教育结合起来,重点培养市场紧缺人才,而且要坚持不懈,长期抓下去。
The ear of the knowledge economy has brought new challenges as well as chances for each staff. It is urgent to improve the staff's self-qualifications in the period of transformation. The application of new knowledge and the development of the new technology have put new demands on us. Thus it is a necessity to strengthen the qualification education of the staff. A company should include the qualification education of the staff into its development strategy plans. It should also combine the education of the ideological qualification with that of the scientific qualification, with an emphasis on training the talents needed by the society. Unremitting efforts should be made to this orientation.
