随着我国政治体制改革的推进和经济体制改革的深化,政府职能的转变已成为关键和核心。在政府职能向市场分化的过程中,社会中介组织成为了重要载体,形成了政府———社会中介组织———市场(社会)互动的合作关系,从而使社会运行能以一种均衡的状态进行。为此,我们必须掌握社会中介组织的基本知识,分析转型期我国社会中介组织的现状,找出解决问题的办法,以促进社会中介组织的生存、运作和发展。

With the reform of China's political and economic systems deepen, it is important to change the functions of the government. When the government's functions are transformed toward the market, the social intermediary organizations have become an important carrier, forming a relation of interaction, i.e. government-social intermediary organization-market (society) in order to achieve a balanced function of the society. Thus, it is of a great help to grasp the fundamental knowledge of the social intermediary organizations and make an analysis of its current situation in the transformational period so as to cultivate and develop the social intermediary organizations.
