民办二级学院的产生是我国高等教育体制改革的突破和创新 ,但能否赢得认可并健康发展却取决于其本身的办学实践。本文针对民办二级学院产生的条件分析了其面临的挑战 。

The birth of privately-run public subsidiary colleges is the break-through a nd innovation of system reform of higher education in our country.But whether th ey can be recognized and develop well is decided by their own practice on school -running. In this paper the author analyses the challenge faced by them in respe ct of the conditions of birth of privately-run public subsidiary colleges and pu ts froward some ideas of their proper development.
