摘要
人本主义学习论是指人本主义心理学关于教育、教学的理念、态度和主张。我们发现人本主义学习论与素质教育存在着某些相通点 ,人本主义学习论对素质教育有以下几个方面的启示 :实施素质教育要牢固树立以人为本的观念 ;教师应树立新的学生观 ,建立新型的师生关系 ;加强学生的心理素质教育 ,培养学生的健全人格 ;培养学生的创新能力 ;重视人文教育 ;家庭、学校、社会三结合 ,共同营造良好的育人环境。
Humanistic learning theory has instructive value for our quality-oriented education in the following aspects: quality-oriented education should first be human-oriented; a teacher should have a new viewpoint about the students, a new teacher-student relationship and teaching style should be established; students' psychological making should be enhanced and sound minds be cultivated; creativity should be encouraged; humanistic education should be carried out; family, school and society should cooperate to create an environment in which all students may grow up soundly.
