硼砂法合成FB阻燃剂工艺条件的研究

A Study on the Technological Conditions for Preparing FB Flame Retardant

研究了硼砂法制备FB阻燃剂(2ZnO·3B2O3·3.5H2O)的工艺条件,通过正交法确定工艺条件:温度338K,硫酸锌和硼砂的配料物质的量之比1.05∶1,液固质量比3.5∶1,反应时间6h.在上述条件下添加了表面活性剂DBS,并对产品进行表征.

The reaction conditions for preparing FB retardant through orthogonal test is reported here. The conditions are as follows. The reaction temperature,the reaction time,the mass ratio of ZnSO\-4·7H2O to Na2B4O7·10H2O and the mass ratio of the liquid to the solid are 338 K, 6 hours,1.05∶1  and 3.5∶1,respectively. The surface active agent DBS was added in the reactions,and the product was characterized.
