黄淮麦区26个小麦品种抗叶锈病初步鉴定

The Preliminary Identification on the Resistance to Leaf Rust of 26 Wheat Cultivars from Huanghuai Wheat Region

根据生物间遗传学原理,分析了26个黄淮麦区小麦品种对15个叶锈菌系的抗性状况.抗性最好的品种是徐州174,毒力频率为33 3%,毒力频率低于60%的仅有百农64、徐州8697等7个品种.2号和3号叶锈菌系的抗源品种最多,有22个,而14号和15号叶锈菌系无一抗源品种.总之,供试品种的抗叶锈性较差.

The resistance of wheat cultivars from Huanghuai wheat region to 15 isolates of Puccinia recondita f.sp.tririci has been analyzed according to Interorganismal Genetics.The best one of the tested cultivars is Xuzhou174 with the virulent frequency of 333%.There are 7 cultivars,such as Bainong64,Xuzhou8697,whose virulent frequency is less than 60%.22 wheat cultivars can resist No.2 and No.3 isolates,whereas no wheat cultivars can resist No.14 and No.15 isolates.In the mass ,the resistance of all the tested wheat cultivars is unsatisfactory.
