煤炭井下开采清洁生产评价探讨

Study On Cleaning Production Evaluation of coal Underground mining

煤炭资源是不可再生能源,是国民经济发展的重要物质基础,充分有效地开发利用宝贵的资源,提高资源回收利用率,实施循环经济发展模式是煤炭清洁生产的重要内容之一。笔者通过对煤炭生产过程中清洁开采工艺和污染控制技术方面的论述,探讨了煤炭井下开采清洁生产的评价内容和评价考核体系的建立问题。

The coal resources are non-regenerative energy source. It is the important substantial foundation for the national economy. The object of coal cleaning production is that to develop and use the valuable coal resources enough and effectively, improve the resources output coefficient and carry out circular economy mode. Based on expounding the cleaning mining technique and pollution control technique in the coal production, this paper probes into the issues about the cleaning production evaluating contents of coal underground mining and establishing the system of evaluation.
