摘要
建立了用分光光度法测定洗涤剂中磷含量的方法.在酸性条件下,钼酸铵与磷在氯化亚锡作用下,生成“钼蓝”,最大吸收波长λmax=690nm,表观摩尔吸光系数εmax=3.69×102磷浓度在0~40μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律.回收率95.3~10.4%.
This paper establishes the method of determining the phosphorus content of detergent by spectrophotometry. Under the acidic condition and the action of tin oxide, ammonium molybdate and phosphorus produce molybdenum, whose maximum absorption wavelength, εmax=690nm, mole absorption coeffient, λmax= 3. 69×103, phosphorus thickness is 0 ~ 40μg/ml, which conforms to the Beer Law,rate of recovery is 95.3 ~ 10.4%
