摘要
文章介绍基于WEB平台的网络教学系统的设计原则、系统的功能分析 ,就如何提高系统的实用性、交互性和启发性 。
The paper introduce the rules on designing internet teaching & learning system based on WEB, and analyze the function of the system. It specially discusses on how to improve the utility, interaction and illumination of the system.
