Probe into the Reform of Bodybuilding Teaching in Current Universities

通过对体育专业学生问卷的调查 ,分析并得出目前健美操教学内容、教学方法与学生对其课程的学习兴趣和学习要求不相适应的三个结论 。

Based on the investigation to the students, this paper analyses the content, teaching method, students' interest and their request about the major of bodybuilding. It also puts forward three reasonable suggestions.
