双阻板矫治器功能矫形力与磁力的协同作用研究

The Study on Coordinating Functions between Rectifying and Magnetic Forces

目的 通过研究双阻板矫治器加与不加磁力对安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合矫治疗程的影响 ,来试图证实磁力与肌力的协同作用。方法 将临床收治处于生长发育期Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类功能性下颌后缩患者 1 8例随机分成A、B两组 ,每组 9人 ,A组单纯用双阻板矫治器矫治 ,B组在双阻板矫治器的导斜面上安放适当规格的稀土永磁体 ,记录每例患者达到稳定的磨牙中性关系时所需要的时间。结果 两组病例面型均获得明显改善 ,磨牙Ⅱ类关系纠正 ,咬合关系好 ,咬合稳定 ,A组平均疗程为 9 6月 ,B组平均疗程为 7 4月 ,B组比A组平均疗程缩短 2 2月 ,t检验 ,差异有显著性。结论 双阻板矫治器所产生的功能矫形力与磁体产生的磁力能产生协同作用 ,明显缩短疗程。

To verify the coordinating interaction between magnetic force and muculotonic force, the effect on treating periods of malocclusion rectifying of class Ⅱ 1 was investigated by twin block appliance with or without magnet. Methods: The 18 patients were divided into A and B groups casually, 9 a group, they were the patients in the growing period with class Ⅱ mandible retrusion. Group A was treated with twin block appliances only, group B was treated by fixing suitable size rare earth magnet on the leading slope. The time was recorded, when every one got the stable molar neutroclusion. Results: The appearance of patients in this two groups were improved apparently, Molar class Ⅱ relationships were rectified, articulation well and stable. The average treating period was 9.6 months in group A, and 7.4 months in group B. It was shortened by 2.2 months in group B. The difference is notable on T test. Conclusions: The coordination ineteaction can be produced with the structure rectifying force of twin block appliance and the magnetic force, the treating period will be shortened remarkably.
