摘要
增加TIG焊焊接速度可以提高生产率,但焊速增加,导致电弧阳极斑点滞后,造成电弧较大的后拖,引起焊缝的严重咬边和成形不良。所以控制电弧后拖是高速焊改善焊缝成形的关键。本试验采用交变横向磁场来控制电弧的后拖现象,克服咬边,改善成形。
Dragged arc of TIG welding at a high speed causes weld undercut, and bad appearance of weld. Use alternating transverse magnetic-field to control dragged arc, overcome weld undercut, and improve the appearance of weld.
