摘要
严密而完善的证据法律制度是保障程序公正,进而实现司法公正的关键,而现行法律关于证据的规定粗浅、疏漏,成为制约实现司法公正的“瓶颈”。因此制定统一的证据法,是保证司法公正的迫切需要,是实现依法治国的必然要求。
Compact and perfect evidence legal system plays a key role in guaranteeing procedure impartiality thereby realizing judicial impartiality. But the present law only gives a superficial and neglected stipulation related to evidence, which becomes the bottleneck of judicial impartiality. It's necessary and urgent to make a unified evidence law in order to guarantee the impartiality of judicature as well as to realize running the country according to law.
