摘要
通过对井眼内安装扶正器和未安装扶正器套管柱的受力与变形进行分析 ,推导出大位移井中套管柱的摩阻计算模型 ,并用VB语言编写了相应的计算程序 ,用来预测套管下入过程中的大钩载荷和摩阻。对水平位移超过30 0 0m的大位移井埕北 2 1-平 1井 ,用所编写的程序计算了完井套管柱下入过程中的大钩载荷和摩阻 ,并与实测值进行了对比 ,计算结果与实测结果吻合较好。
The stress applied on casing strings in well bore fitted with centralizer and without centralizer is analyzed. A calculation model for frictional drag of casing strings in an extended reach well is deduced. Some programs based on the model with visual basic language are given. This model can be used to predict the frictional drag and hook load of running completion casing. The application of the program in the Ping 1 well with a horizontal displacement over 3000 meters on land oilfield in China shows that the calculated results agree with the measured data.
