恒排量往复泵凸轮副接触应力数值仿真

摘要 为了提高恒排量往复泵凸轮副的使用可靠性 ,以现场试验为基础 ,用ANSYS有限元系统对凸轮副的接触应力进行了数值仿真计算。数值仿真结果表明 ,凸轮曲线曲率的突变可造成接触压应力增大 ,使凸轮整体寿命降低4 2 %以上 ;凸轮副的摩擦使接触面产生大切向拉应力和剪应力 ,促使表层和亚表层同时产生初始裂纹。文中还对凸轮副提出了改进措施。 In order to investigate the causes that initiate such flaws as pitting and spalling and then to enhance the durability of the reciprocating pump, numerical simulation of contact stress on cam couples is made with ANSYS CAE system. Some corresponding measures for improving the structures of cam couples are proposed. The simulation indicates that the curvature mutation of cam curve can enhance the contact stress of cam couples, which shortens the lifetime of the whole cam by more than 42%. Furthermore, the abrupt tangent tensile stress and shear stress caused by sliding rolling friction initiate some cracks both on surface and in sub surface of cam.
