摘要
以人力资源管理理论为依据,运用文献资料等方法,通过对影响高校体育教育人力资源优化配置的因素进行分析,提出了高校体育教育人力资源优化配置的建议.
Base on the theory of management of human resurces, apply the literature references. The article analyzes the factors which affect the optimum-distibution of human resources in physical education at college, gives some advices about the optimum-distribution of human resources in physical education at college.
