摘要
开发绿色蜂产品是提高我国蜂产品在国际市场上竞争力的重要途径.本文阐述绿色蜂产品生产加工技术及产业发展对策.绿色蜂产品的生产与加工必须按照我国绿色食品生产的要求,实行从基地到产品的全程质量控制.
Developing green beeproducts was the important way to raise the quality and to expand the export quantity of beeproducts. In this paper the concept of green food was briefly introduced; the productive-processing technique and countermeasure of green beeproducts were advanced. Producing green beeproducts must execute the green food standard and carry out qualitative control all the course of production.
