摘要
聚醚醚酮 (PEEK)基复合材料是一类重要的高性能热塑性聚合物 ,在工程中有重要的应用价值。论述了不同实验条件下PEEK基复合材料的摩擦和磨损特性 ,讨论了复合材料的不同结构和组成对其摩擦磨损特性的影响。主要分析了聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)、聚醚酰亚胺 (PEI)、热致液晶聚合物 (TLCP)以及无机颗粒增强剂 (包括纳米粒子 )和纤维填料 (玻璃纤维GF和碳纤维CF)对PEEK摩擦学特性的影响。并对PEEK改性手段的现状及前景进行了分析。
The recent study progress in the tribological investigation of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) composites is evaluated in detail. PEEK is a high performance thermoplastic polymer, but its friction and wear properties will deteriorate at high temperature. The approach to overcome the detrimental effects of high temperature on the tribological performance of PEEK has been made. The load bearing capacity, strength, and low friction characteristics of PEEK can be enhanced by addition of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyetherimide (PEI) and thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer (TLCP) fillers, as well as inorganic fillers including inorganic nanoparticle. The friction and wear behaviors of the filled PEEK composites are summarized. The different structures and component affecting the tribological properties are discussed. The ways for improving PEEK's properties are reviewed and prospected.
