用GSM公网实现水情信息传输备份的研究

通过对GSM短消息通讯方法的应用研究,提出了一条适合于在超短波传输水情的基础上增加GSM信道发送水情报文的实现方法,从而提高目前运行中大部分仅基于超短波的水情自动测报系统的数传可靠性。

By researching the principle and application of GSM short message communication technology, the author introduces how to get hydro-regime reporting by GSM channels, in order to enhance the reliability of data transmission in UHF hydro-regime measuring and reporting system.
