利用现代的计算机技术、通信技术、监控技术和传感器技术,针对苏北地区水资源的特点,合理配置系统设备,对系统进行优化设计,使苏北地区水资源实时监控系统为江苏水利现代化的建设作出了巨大贡献.
The system for Water Resources of Northern Jiangsu is reasonably configured and optimized designed by use of modern technologies of IT, communication, supervision, and sensors, making great contribution to hydrology modernization of Jiangsu Province.
