摘要
以夹具为研究对象 ,分析了夹具的相似性 ,指出夹具相似可描述为表达功能的夹具设计信息相似和实现功能的夹具结构特征相似两个方面。根据基于事例的推理方法 ,研究了夹具设计中的事例库组织、检索方法、检索算法和事例的修改等关键技术。实践表明 ,基于事例的求解方式对夹具设计
By analyzing similarity of fixture, the similarities include both similar of the design information and structure in function, and introducing the general process of CBR, a case based reasoning method is presented for CAD of fixture. And the fundamental techniques including case memory, case index, case retrieval algorithm and case adaptation are also discussed. Finally, running the prototype system shows that CBR is an effective approach for CAD system of fixture.
