摘要
以 10ml0 .5mol/L盐酸为提取剂 ,超声波辅助酸置换出卟啉环中的镁离子 ,原子吸收法间接测定了植物叶片中的叶绿素平均含量。方法的回收率为 99.0 %,RSD为 3.2 %。
The average content of chlorophyll in leaf was determinted indirectly by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, for replacement magnesium ion from chlorophyll with the aid of ultrasonic wave energy and 10ml 0.5mol/L HCl.The average recovery was 99.0%, and RSD was for 3.2%.
