摘要
针对以往道路水泥混凝土施工中存在的问题 ,即混凝土抗压强度能够达到 ,抗折强度达不到的现象 .我公司采用正交设计试验分析和方差分析检验 ,找出了粗细集料与混凝土抗折强度存在着显著关系 .利用这一科学分析方法 ,在开发区青岛国际物流园集装箱堆场施工现场上作了进一步实践检验 ,从而保证了道路水泥混凝土质量 .
In view of the problem in the construction of the old cement concrete road, namely, the concrete compressive resistance can be attained, while the anti-fold intensity cannot. Our company adopts the experimental design using orthogonal functions and the analysis of variance, and then finds out the distinct relation between the grade distribution of material and the anti-fold intensity of the cement concrete. We use the scientific analysis method to further practice and examine at the construction spot of Qingdao International container depot in Qingdao Economy and Technology Development Zone, therefore ensure the quality of the road cement concrete.
