摘要
选择不同产地、不同粒度、不同热处理温度的健康功能天然矿物质进行改性活化,并结合纳米TiO2稀土激活技术研制开发了健康环保型建筑内墙涂料。该涂料集低污染、抗菌防霉、辐射远红外线、产生空气负离子等多种对人体健康有益的功能于一身,同时其各项常规性能均符合GB/T9756-2001要求。经检测,健康环保型建筑内墙涂料的抑菌圈直径达到16mm以上,远红外辐射率达到94%,能够使室内负离子数增加200~400个/cm3。
The interior wall coating are prepared with the functional mines and nano-sized TiO2contained lan-thanon by the activation technology through a series of processes of selection,trituration,adsorption and calcinations etc.The functional mines must be selected carefully,because the original area,size and treatment method of the func-tional mines have much effect on their characteristics.The interior wall coating not only have the antibiosis but also can give off negative ions and irradiate infrared rays.Examination results of the interior wall coating show that the diameter of plague is over16mm,the ratio of infrared rays reaches to94%and the increased number of negative ions is about 200~400cm -3 .
