神经行为测试是评估神经毒物对人体机能影响的敏感方法。慢性汞中毒主要作用于中枢神经系统 ,本文介绍了汞中毒的机制 ,以及神经行为测试方法的发展概况 ,对于慢性汞中毒的测试指标及影响因素作了初步探讨 。

Neurobehavioral test is a sensible method of evaluating the subclinical intoxication of nerve toxin.Mercury exposure affefts the central nervous system.The mechanism of effect of mercury exposure on human body and developing status of this method are presented in this paper.Preliminary study is given to the test indexes and influencing factors of neurobehavioral test used in mercury exposure evaluation.It is expected to be helpful in evaluating the early health hazards to the health of workers exposured to mercury.
