摘要
本文研究了具有典型分解特征的Al Zn Ce非晶合金的形成和晶化过程 ,探讨了各种相的生成顺序。XRD和DSC测试结果表明强烈的化合物短程序有利于Al Zn Ce非晶合金的形成。在Al Zn Ce非晶合金的晶化过程中存在复杂的相选择行为 ,多种相的竞争形核和有限生长使其具有复杂的结构特点。同时 。
This paper focuses on the formation process and crystallization process of amorphous Al-Zn-Ce alloys, which has the feature of typical decomposition. The formation order of all kinds of phases was explored. The results of XRD and DSC showed that the chemical short-range order is helpful to the formation of amorphous Al-Zn-Ce alloys. There exist complex phase selection behaviors during the crystallization process of the amorphous Al-Zn-Ce alloys. The competitive nucleation and the growth limitation of the various phases are attributed to the complex microstructure characteristic of amorphous Al-Zn-Ce alloys. Also the result showed that quenching rate has great impact on the process of amorphous formation.
