掺铁铌酸锂晶体光折变形成机制的研究

摘要 文章研究了掺铁铌酸锂晶体在激光辐射下的电荷输运迁移 ,探讨了光折变过程中光生载流子的漂移、扩散、光致电压以及空间电荷场的动态过程。提出了其光致折射率变化的机制主要是由光生伏特效应决定。并且通过晶体准击穿时的光折变和衍射光强随时间的变化关系 ,从实验上进一步说明了掺铁铌酸锂晶体的光折变形成机制。 The storage dynamics in doped lithium niobate are studied. It gives that the equations of the migration of charges is due to diffusion or drift and photovoltaic effect. The origin of optically induced refractive index in doped lithium niobate is presented. And the observed light intensity of quasi-breakdown indicates that the process of photo-refractive is the result of photovoltaic effect in doped lithium niobate.
