摘要 探讨了高密实混凝土技术路线与性能。依据骨料密实堆积的理论 ,利用粗细骨料与粉煤灰按照大小粒径致密堆积在一起 ,获得混凝土中骨料间的最小空隙VV,再利用VV 来控制混凝土中的浆体用量VP,从而达到减少混凝土中水泥用量和单位用水量的目的。高密实混凝土因为骨料颗粒搭配情况良好 ,密实堆积 ,这有助于减少骨料之间的滑动阻力 ,在高效减水剂的作用下 ,拌制出高流动性、易泵送的混凝土。同时 ,只需少量水泥浆 ,致密堆积混凝土的设计强度通过骨料间传递应力即可达到。 The technique route and performance of the high-density concrete is studied in the paper. According to the postulation on close packing of aggregates, minimum void volume, Vv, in concrete can be obtained by close packing particles with various diameters of coarse, fine aggregates and fly ash. In turn, paste content in the concrete, Vp, can be controlled by varying Vv. Thus, the purposes of reducing cement content and water consumption for the concrete are realized. Since the aggregate particles are reasonably graded and close packed in mixed high-density concrete, the glide resistance between particles is reduced. Hence, high fluid and pumped concrete can be produced by adding proper amount of high-range water reducing admixture (HRWRA). Meanwhile, the desired strength of the concrete can be reached with few amounts of cement paste and low water-binder ratio because the strength is based on the transmitting of force by aggregate particles.
