Study on Dynamic Planning Layout Method with the Sustainablity Idea in the Urban Planning

首先指出传统规划布局模式的弊端 ,并在总结评介了国外具有动态思想的规划理论发展的基础上 ,结合我国城市总体规划的实践 ,进一步阐述了所研究的分期规划的布局方法。

First, this paper refers to the shortcoming of traditional planning layout. Second, on the basis of the research which summarizes and estimates the dynamic planning theory on the abroad, and linked with the planning practice in our country, it offers one method in which to make unban planning by stages.
