摘要
通过仲裁程序解决合同争端是解决工程合同争议的有效途径 ,文章根据仲裁在解决工程合同争议时存在的问题 ,有针对性地提出相应的对策。
It is an useful way to solve the disputes of construction contracts through arbitration, How to bring forward pertinently corresponding countermeasures based on the problems that exist during the arbitration's execution is what this paper tries to discuss.
