摘要 本文利用聚酯 (PET)废料为基本原料 ,进行了合成共聚酯热熔胶的研究。考察了聚酯废料的解聚反应 ,研究了改性组分对共聚酯性能的影响。结果表明 :所制得共聚酯热熔胶不仅成本较低 ,在性能上能较好地满足服装、粘合衬工业的要求 ,而且对聚酯废料资源的开发利用及环境保护意义重大。 Copolyester hot-melt adhesives for interlining industry may be obtained by depolymerization of waste PET, esterification and polycondensation. The depolymerization of waste PET has been discussed. The influence factor on the properties of hot-melt copolyester adhesives was also investigated. In this paper, copolyester hot-melt adhesives with low cost can meet the demands of modern interlining and garment industry. In addition, it is of great significance to recycle waste PET and protect the environment.
