摘要
上世纪 80年代以来 ,许多曾经推行过新自由主义经济改革政策的新兴市场国家和转轨国家相继发生了经济金融动荡 ,个中原因 ,值得反思。本文在对新自由主义经济思潮的理论体系和政策主张进行清晰梳理的基础上 ,通过其在新兴市场国家和转轨国家实践效果的透彻分析 ,对上述原因进行了深刻的反思和解析 ,并指出了其理论缺陷和有效发挥作用的限制性条件。
Some economic chaos have occurred in new emerging economies and transforming economies, which had taken neo-liberalism economic reform policies in the past years, since 1980's. In this essay, the author gives some reasont through a clear retrospection of the theories and policy suggestions of the economic trend of neo-liberalism and a thorough analysis of its effect of practice in the two kinds of economies. Then the author makes a clear analysis on it and points out its restrictions of use in practice.
