Study of Indirect Ultraviolet Photometric High Performance Liquid Chromatography

研究了高效液相色谱的间接紫外光度法 ,建立了混合二羧酸的高效液相色谱间接紫外光度测定法 ,使极性强、电离常数非常接近的丁二酸、戊二酸和己二酸得到了完全分离 ,该方法与气相色谱法相比 ,有样品不需衍生化 。

An analysis method for mixtures of binary carboxylic acid (succinic acid, glutaric acid and adipic acid) by reversed phase indirect photometric chromatography has been built. By using the method,succinic acid,glutaric and adipic acid that possess high polar and approximate dissociation constant are separated completely. The advantages of this method in comparison with gas chromatography were that the sample needn't be pretreated and shorter analysis time.
