摘要
在分析国外一些成熟的ECDIS系统和先进的GIS系统基础上 ,提出了一种新的开发电子海图显示系统的方案 ,并按照这一方案开发了可以作为舰船导航信息综合显示平台的电子海图显示系统。
Based on analyzing some foreign mature ECDIS and advanced GIS systems, a novel scheme for developing electronic chart display system is proposed. According to this scheme, a new electronic chart display system has been developed and could be used as a general display platform that can display information for ship navigation.
