摘要
对以往经典的测定铬铁矿中磷的方法进行了改进。利用亚硫酸钠把铬 ( )还原为铬 ( ) ,可以在大量铬的存在下 ,用铋磷钼蓝光度法测定磷。其吸收峰 λ=72 0 nm,∑72 0 =1.6× 10 4L· (mo1·cm) -1 ,磷量在 0~ 5 0μg· (5 0 m L )
The traditional determination method of phosphorus in chrome ironstone has been improved. In the presence of a lot of Cr, Cr(Ⅵ)was deoxidize to Cr(Ⅲ) by sodium sulfite and was determined by the method of Bi(Ⅲ) phosphomolybdate bule. The absorption wave was at 720nm, the molar absorptivity was 1.6×10 4 L·(mol·cm) -1 .Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~50 μg/50mL for phosphorus.
