自我调节学习能力是社会发展的需要,是个体自身发展的需要。自我控制能力的发展为自我调节学习提供了可能性。内在个人因素、外在环境因素对自我调节学习有影响,据此提出了培养自我调节学习能力的方法。

The self-regulated learning is the need of developing society and individual. The ability of self-control provide the probability of self-regulated learning. The major factors which influenced the self-regulated learning are personal and environmental factors. Hereby the article put forward the proposal of cultivating the ability ofself-regulated learning.
