摘要
为解决推进剂与硅橡胶之间脱粘的问题,实验研究了新型硅烷偶联剂对硅橡胶与推进剂的粘接性能的影响,测试了硅橡胶与推进剂的粘接强度,利用扫描电镜观察了搭接接头的断口形貌,分析了硅烷偶联剂质量浓度对粘接性能的影响.结果表明:双氨基类硅烷偶联剂可实现硅橡胶与推进剂间可靠粘接,粘接强度达2 54MPa,破坏形式为硅橡胶内聚破坏;推进剂与硅橡胶获得良好粘接的硅烷偶联剂最佳质量浓度分别为20%(TYGO-1201)和30%(TYGO-1203).
In order to solve the problem of debinding between silicone rubber inhibitor and propellant, the effect of new silane coupling agents on the binding strength of silicone rubber and propellant was investigated. The binding shearing strength between silicone rubber inhibitor and propellant was measured, the fractured surface of samples was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and the influence of the concentration of silane coupling agents on binding strength was discussed. Results show that reliable binding between silicone rubber inhibitor and propellant could be achieved by using doubleaminosilane coupling agent, and the binding strength was up to 254 MPa, the destruction of binded joints occured inside the silicone rubber, the optimal concentrations of TYGO-1201 and TYGO-1203 were 20% and 30% respectively.
