In this paper, the reason for one accident of gas leakage is analyzed through the introduction to the accident happened to the newly buried gas pipe of one certain residential district, which helps to prevent gas pipe leakage and to ensure the safety, and provide reference value for the safety of those underground pipes and cables of iron and steel enterprises or city administration constructions.
