摘要 对微乳液的制备、结构、特点和微乳液技术制备纳米微粒的作用原理进行了较为详细地概括,并着重介绍了油包水型微乳液技术制备涂料用纳米微粒的研究现状、纳米微粒对涂料性能的影响以及在涂料中的具体应用。最后简要地指出了纳米微粒在涂料应用方面亟待解决的几个研究课题。 The preparation,structure,properties of microemulsification and the mechanism of preparing nanoparticles by microemulsification technology were summarized in detail,while the research progress of nanoparticles in coating prepared by W/O microemulsification technology,the effects of nanoparticles on coating material and its practical applications in coating manufacture were introduced.Several topics and advices on application of microemulsification technology in coating manufacture are proposed briefly.
