竹茹提取物黄酮和内酯延缓皮肤细胞衰老的效能 被引量:14

摘要 为探讨竹茹提取物黄酮、内酯延缓皮肤细胞衰老的可能性,测定了其对皮肤细胞增殖活力和抗氧化功效的影响。结果表明,竹茹黄酮在0 005g/L~0 050g/L可促进皮肤角质形成细胞增殖,0 005g/L可促进成纤维细胞的增殖活力,内酯不能促进皮肤细胞的增殖活力;竹茹黄酮在0 005g/L、内酯在0 0005g/L、0 0050g/L时可明显地降低MDA(丙二醛)的生成、增高SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)的活性。由此得出这两种提取物具有良好的抗氧化损伤的作用,且竹茹黄酮可促进皮肤细胞的增殖,因此有望用于制造抗衰老型护肤化妆品中。 In order to explore the potency on delaying skin-cell aging effect of flavone and lactone in caulis bambusae extract,the effects of these products on proliferation and anti-oxidation capabilities of skin-cells were measured.Experimental results show that,using a solution of the aforesaid flavone with a concentration of 0005 g/L~0050 g/L,the proliferation capability of skin-cell can be enhanced while the aforesaid lactone has not effect.Further,using a solution of the aforesaid flavone of concentration of 0005 g/L and the aforesaid lactone of concentration of 0000 5 g/L and 0005 0 g/L,the formation of MDA can be reduced significantly and it means that the SOD activity is enhanced.Obviously,the two kinds of caulis banbusae extracts have the antioxidation effect on skin-cells and can be utlized in the manufacture of anti-aging cosmetic preparations.
