摘要
采用弹塑性有限元方法 ,建立了套管接头磨损拉伸与抗内压的有限元力学模型。对套管接头处内壁不同磨损量时的抗内压强度和抗拉强度进行了计算分析 ,得出了磨损量与套管接头抗内压系数的定量数据和磨损量与套管接头抗拉系数的定量数据。同时 ,在不同磨损量下 ,分析了套管接头内VonMises应力和套管接头内的变形 ,所得出的抗内压强度系数kp和抗拉强度系数kt为磨损套管柱的强度设计和校核提供了定量的理论数据。
By using the elasto-plastic finite element method, mechanical model for wear tension and internal pressure resistance of casing joints is set up. The internal pressure strength and tensile strength of the casing inwall at the joints with various abrasion loss are calculated, and the relationship between the abrasion loss and the internal pressure factor and tensile factor of the casing joint is determined. In addition, Von Mises stress in the casing joint and deformation in the joint with various abrasion loss are analyzed, and internal pressure strength factor and tensile factor are derived, which provide a quantitative basis for the strength design and check of the worn casing string.
