摘要
以抽油杆的漏磁无损检测为基础 ,论述了抽油杆搬运、传送和分选等辅助设施实现机械化和自动化控制方面进行的如下改进 :(1)规划设计了抽油杆传送料架容量和倾角 ,提出了减小传送冲击噪声的措施 ;(2 )设计了以轮毂电动机为主要动力的新型抽油杆传送线 ,设计浮动支撑轮和压紧轮 ,解决了抽油杆传送过程中的跳动问题 ;(3)解决了上料机构、检测探头机构和分料机构的自动化协调控制问题。实施上述技术改进措施后 ,使抽油杆探伤检测线实现了绿色、高效。
On the basis of flux leakage nondestructive testing of sucker rods, reforming measures for the mechanization and automatization of the auxiliary equipment of sucker rod conveying, transmitting and disparting are expounded. These measures include: (1) the capacity and obliquity of the rod feed frame are designed, and methods for noise reduction in rod transmitting are presented; (2) new rod transmitting line driven by wheel hub electromotor are planned, and floating balancing wheel and pinch roller are designed to solve the problem of rod jumpiness in the course of transmitting; (3) the problem of automatic control of the rod loading, unloading and testing mechanisms is solved. By means of the above-mentioned measures, sucker rods can be tested full automatically with high efficiency and low noise.
