Growth Control of NaCl Macrocrystals in Evaporator with Natural Circulation

研究了岩盐卤水在添加剂烷基磺酰氯存在下氯化钠大晶体的快速生长控制机理。对不同烷基链长度及浓度对影响晶体生长的条件作了探讨,得到了最优化方案。用自然循环蒸发器代替强制循环式结晶器,解决了结垢及容易堵塞管道以及需要定期清洗设备的弊端,降低了能源消耗,节约了生产成本,提高了氯化钠纯度。

The fast growth controlling mechanism of NaCl macrocrystals in rock sa lt brine added with alkyl sulfonyl chloride is studied.The influence of the leng th and concentration of alkyl chain on crystal growth is discussed and the optim um scheme is obtained.Using evaporator with natural circulation in place of evap orator with forced circulation has solved the problems of fouling,tube plugging and periodical washing of equipment.It has also reduced the energy consumption,l owered the production cost and enhanced the purity of sodium chloride.
