摘要
本文分别研究了在有氧与无氧状态下表面处理对碳 /酚醛材料界面特性的改善 ,尤其是在高温环境下的变化。通过扫描电镜 (SEM)、电子能谱 (XPS)研究了不同状态处理下的碳布 ,测试了碳 /酚醛复合材料的剪切强度。研究表明 ,在 5 0 0~ 6 0 0℃有氧状态下处理的碳
The effect of carbon cloth treatment in oxygen or without oxygen on the mechanical properties of carbon/phenolic resin composites is investigated,especially investigating the improvement on the properties of interface at high temperature.The different treatments of carbon cloth are analysed by means of scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).The interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) of composites are tested.Mechanical test result show that the treatment between 500~600℃ in oxygen of carbon/phenolic resin composites has the best properties.
